RETURNS

In any situation involving a product return, please contact help@zaiklin.com before. This means that ZAIKLIN will be able to offer personalised treatment in each case.

In any case that requires a product return, the client will have a 14-day period to return the product after the delivery date.

CUSTOMIZED items cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUNDS

If you are not fully satisfied with the purchase, the full amount of the product returned will be refunded. The refund will be made when the returned product is received, via the same formula used to make the purchase.

Products must be returned without being used and with their original label. Products with stains, marks, tears or any kind of imperfection will not be accepted (unless it it is a factory defect). It is necessary to send the product in its original packaging and protected with an opaque bag or box. In these cases, the return costs will be covered by the buyer.

EXCHANGE

In the event of a wrong size or another reason, if you wish to EXCHANGE a product, please also contact the assistance email address help@zaiklin.com in order to obtain all the help available for the process. These exchanges must be between items in the same collection, that is to say, a change of colour or size.

If you wish to exchange the product for one from another collection, the total value of the product will be refunded and another purchase will be made. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

At ZAIKLIN we check the quality of each garment, but minimal cases of defective products may still occur. In these cases, photos and samples of the defective product will be requested, an another delivery will be prepared immediately. By default, the product will be dispatched when the defective item sent back is received. In this situation, ZAIKLIN will cover the delivery costs.
